Cancellation, Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
Due to the personal and intimate nature of bath and body products, and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and/or exchanges will not be issued or accepted for any reason.
I do have a no cancellation policy. Cancellations are not possible due to our products being made to order. Our main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction; Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues or concerns you may have.
Damage Claims
If your order has arrived damaged/spillage in transit, you must take clear and detailed photos of all the damage/spills and submit them to me for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. At that time, I will assess the damage, and we will discuss a resolution. I will not issue replacements or refunds for damage claims if you do not submit detailed photos within 24 hours of receipt.
Heat Notification
When ordering during hot/cold months, it is important to keep watch for your package with tracking number that was provided. Please be sure to retrieve your package once delivered to prevent excess elemental exposure. (Example: Body butter’s whipped consistency can turn back to oil if it experiences warmer temperatures.) If your salve experiences melting, simply refrigerate until it solidifies. If your product freezes, let it thaw at room temperature. Thank you for your understanding when ordering during extreme temperatures.
